Returns and refunds

Contact Krey within 30 days of delivery to request a return. Please include your order number and the reason for the request. Wait for return instructions before sending an item back.

Eligible items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition and packaging. Supplements must be unopened and sealed. Opened supplements aren’t eligible for change-of-mind returns.

Made-to-order apparel isn’t eligible for returns due to sizing or change of mind. Please check the product’s sizing information before ordering.

If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us with your order number and photos of the issue. We’ll work with you on a replacement or refund.

For eligible change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping. If we sent a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, Krey will cover the return shipping or provide another resolution.

Once we receive and inspect an eligible return, we’ll let you know whether the refund is approved. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method. Your payment provider may take additional time to post the refund.

This policy doesn’t limit any rights you have under applicable law.
